Impressive wave heights of 8m (26.2 ft) recorded by a drifting buoy (ID: 1801866) in the eastern semicircle of TS #Nari at 13Z-14Z as it approached Hokkaido earlier! >40kt winds (possibly even exceeding 50 kts) shown by ASCAT & Himawari ASWind despite being devoid of convection.
