Anybody got any pro tips for working around Jira? Are there CLI clients or something that make this a usable tool and not a massive headache? I just use a physical notebook now, but I can't assign a Paper Jira story to a coworker. Maybe I can hire a bike messenger.

It is the strangest thing that the Apache HTTP server listens for the WINCH signal to perform a graceful stop. WINCH, as in *WIN*dow *CH*ange. Run it in a terminal in the foreground, resize your window, and whoopsy, it stops. Still hilarious to me.

For my weekend of unemployment and being on zero on-call rotations, I’ve been trying all the cool features of my phone I never get to use, like “Do Not Disturb.” Or just turning the damn thing off at night, that’s a neat one.

I used to get most of my tech news from RSS feeds. I replaced that with this site. In some ways that transition was a downgrade, but the algorithm did surface people and tech that I otherwise would have never seen. I wonder what's next?
