Today J is a headstrong healthy tween but once she was a teeny preemie who needed expert medical care. It was the awesome NICU staff at St. Joe's Ann Arbor that provided the care. In appreciation, Heidi and I have donated for #GivingTuesday to help more babies (and parents) survive.

There were points in my life that I did not want to continue living and considered suicide. I would have missed meeting Heidi, becoming a father, seeing the Cubs win the World Series, and so much more. Today I have donated to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for #GivingTuesday in gratitude.

Just got my copy of the Baseball Prospectus Annual, and am enjoying it as usual. I like the concept of the SEAGER number, but can't figure out what represents a good or average number. I wish I could find percentiles for it.
