I was watching videos about the crew of the AA flight that crashed last night and realized that Ian Espstein was one of the flight attendants on a flight I took about a month ago. He was a very funny guy. Wow, this is crazy 😞. I'm sad for all the families and loved ones.

Beginning my journey back home. While the trip wasn’t perfect, Ghana truly left its mark on me. One of my favorite greetings from the locals was, “Welcome home.” This photo was taken at the Cape Coast Slave Castle—a place that makes those words all the more powerful and fitting.
