Here is the latest statewise GDP percapita: Only 3 big states, all in south, have crossed the $4000 mark. Tamil Nadu has grown a phenomenal 13.37% during the last financial year. Northern states have to grow a lot, for the country to grow. Very sad to see Bihar's percapita
