Next panel at #BBNJ_Symposium on using best available science - and the #BBNJ Clearing House Mechanism #CHM - starting. As already recognized yesterday, the #CHM will be absolutely critical to the functioning of the #HighSeasTreaty, especially for the #EIA and #MGRs provisions.
