Valium, Xanax and Klonopin are just a few of the classic drugs docs dispense all-too-freely for anxiety. The problem is, these drugs can be highly addictive in the short term, and in the long term, are associated with an increased risk for dementia. That’s a heavy a price to pay!

I agree FT3 the unbound form of the active thyroid hormone is very important for health. The mineral status of the cells especially iodine, zinc, selenium, iron, & magnesium that help in the conversion are crucial. The health of the liver where conversion happens also crucial.
