I said it early on and it hasn’t changed—we take each of these deaths personally. I am grateful for those loved ones who have shared stories, and call on all of us in this community to honor these individuals by each doing our part to slow the spread of this illness.

For the first time in three weeks, I'm encouraged that we do not have any deaths to report today. But we have seen 30% case growth in the past week. As we go into a beautiful weekend, please remember to wash your hands, wear a mask, and watch your distance.

We are so close to the final leg of this marathon. There’s still more to go, we still must remain vigilant. But we can finish strong!
