I took the day off of work yesterday and hit the James River with @CindiGoddard. It’s the first time we’ve been on the kayaks in over a year and I didn’t realize how much I needed to decompress. We are so lucky to live in the Ozarks and have this in our backyard!

#GoodMorningSGF Greene County Presiding Commissioner Bob Dixon challenges our community to address the behavioral health health crisis facing all of us. I am grateful for his courage to further raise awareness on this critical issue.

I’m so grateful to have been able to participate in the Springfield Public Schools #SPSPrincipalForADay program. Dr Powers and entire staff at Carver Middle School are rock stars and I’m so thankful to have them help shape the next generation of Springfieldians.
