PEACH trial 🍑 🧠 (DB RCT, small n) presented at #ESOC2022 suggests AED prophylaxis in ICH strongly reduces risk of acute seizures. Placebo group over 40% rate of seizures (158 primarily electrographic sz detected!) vs. 16% with LEV. Should we consider short-term prophylaxis.
