I say this with due respect for #JoeBiden and the Office he now holds. His family should be ashamed of themselves. We all have parents or grandparents who have gone through this, ut never as president. SHAME. He is a danger to all and SADLY becoming a global joke.

Barley is the Mike Tyson of small grains all it needs is to have the crap kicked out of it to perform. This year is looking much more promising than last year

🪤 All new visitors to my place better know it’s ground squirrel hunting during the day and Snipe hunting at night! #SummerFun

Idaho barley crop is coming along nicely. I may be naively optimistic but I can’t help myself. Kernels of this Voyager are 1/2-3/4 filled

I love my family. My wife and kids are incredible and all my siblings and my parents are all close. We actually enjoy seeing each other.

It’s so sad that Friday, the world lost courageous and passionate climate scientist, Pat Michaels. Here’s an example of what we’ll miss:

Looking for #AgTwitter opinions. When barley is laying down like this under a pivot and ideally it could use another inch of irrigation but could get by without do you irrigate or cut your losses to lodging

Forgive my engineering ignorance. Why don’t all electric or hybrid vehicles have solar panel roofs and hoods? Seems like waisted real estate. Not solar panels bolted on, I mean the roof and hood are integrated as part of the vehicle. #ElonMusk

Crop duster friend says one time “I love organic production” I say why would you love organic? He says I spray that 3x more than I spray conventional production. With what? Beats me he says, jugs of unregulated crap that who knows what’s in them, but it pays to apply them

Last minute/last of the summer camp trip. Just enough time to cook s’mores, go for a short hike, and of coarse catch some snakes

Anyone know of a good place in Eastern Idaho with plenty of accessible firewood? Going out on Monday, just going to drive forest service roads.

Sometimes getting a Christmas tree from the mountain w/ 5 kids can be a pain in the but. In the end it’s worth it. Conversations and memories about these trips are some of my favorites
