It was good to hear at the RSM webinar on Covid at lunchtime today Prof Nisreen Alwan 🌻 stating the voice of the patient should be listened too and medics should be asking for their concerns before making medical judgements. Research is skewed otherwise isn’t it 🤔

So I’m not planting a tree this week when on annual leave but gardening will be part of the self care I shift back into my own programme - along with new yoga class (live virtual) and walking #SWfitclub. Have a good week everyone x

Phenomenal event this evening from Jimmy, Jane The Good Grief Project and Gary Gary Andrews Emotive; thank you for sharing. So good to share the importance of expressing and sharing bereavement. So important to talk...

The past week or so has been heavy - listening to colleagues emotional lows, complex families, heavy work load, and the ever constant lockdown isolation. But receiving these this weekend from my big sister has lifted the spirits 💕

The garden has been great this year - hard work showing results. My very own poppy field has been an unexpected surprise 😍

Saw this last night. Was poignant as had been privileged to listen to an Irish person ( emotional support during their deterioration) talk exactly about this story line in their life and how deeply the pain resonated within them - so much had never shared with their children.
