The amount of weight I’ve lost since taking a pause on drinking is insane. 10 lbs in 2 weeks w/ little change to my diet. Still consuming about 2000 calories with flexibility on carbs. Energy levels are getting higher & I’m getting better sleep. At this rate idk if I’ll go back.
