I believe in democracy. I believe in a free press. I believe in open debate. I love it when my newspaper prints pieces I disagree with. It causes me to think.

Today, my fellow Jumpsters and I marched to say that Black Lives Matter. Tomorrow morning, we’ll start the long hard work of helping to make real change happen.

This is the only thing you need to watch today. 💙💙💙

Many of us feel anger and frustration. But we cannot give in to those emotions. A new system born of rage and retribution will be no better than the old. We must turn to our better angels. To seek empathy. Compassion. Forgiveness. Only then will things change for the better.

The solution for racism is not anti-racism. That which you resist will not only persist, it will continue to grow. Embrace lovingkindness.
