At what point do we look at upper management of RC and determine whether or not they are at fault for a poor season? They decided to de-prioritize the 7’s team in a Olympic qualifying year? Cut salaries, cut stuff, cut support... how is Damian McGrath to blame?

I can not believe that Rugby Canada have let the best thing to happen to that organization for a number of years go. Damian McGrath is an absolute legend of a man with more rugby nouse than those making decisions 100x over. I trust the players won’t take this lying down. 🤦‍♂️
