🇫🇷 🇩🇪 Denton has two twin towns: Montigny-le-Bretonneux in France and Kierspe in Germany. 🎈 This year, we are celebrating 10 years being twinned with Kierspe and 30 years with Montigny.

🇬🇧 🇫🇷 This weekend I’ve travelled with Denton Town Twinning over to our twin town, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, for the opening of the Marché de Nöel which I performed with the Mayor, MP and Senator for Montigny. 2022 is the 30th anniversary of Twinning between Denton & Montigny. 🍷 🧀 🥖

🇬🇧 🫱🏼‍🫲🏿 🇫🇷 — The Twinning Charter to formalise the links between Denton and Montigny-le-Bretonneux was signed on this day (5th December) in 1992!

🎄 This weekend, our President Andrew Gwynne MP and Chairman Cllr @GeorgeNewton1 joined a delegation from Denton to formally open the Marché de Noel in Ville de Montigny-le-Bretonneux.
