There are many ways you can get support with breastfeeding. Health visitors, midwives, peer supporters, helplines, grandparents - who helped when you were learning how to breastfeed? Call the National Breastfeeding Helpline on 0300 100 0212. #nationalbreastfeedingweek

Whooping cough (pertussis) cases are currently very high, & the disease can be life-threatening for newborn babies. If you're pregnant, it's important to take up the #Pertussis vaccine when offered. It helps protect your baby in their first weeks of life ukhsa.blog.gov.uk/2024/04/12/wha…

As well as checking the SPF rating on the front of a bottle of sunscreen, check the back, you'll find the⭐️ rating (from 1 -5). The higher the⭐️rating, the more balanced the protection. A product that provides balanced protection against both UVA & UVB will have a 4 or 5⭐️rating.
