Today MPs will vote on the assisted dying bill. Personally I am hopeful that assisted dying can become one of a range of options available to the terminally unwell as part of a robust palliative care service.

There are some bizarre reasons put forward for not supporting this. I get it, people are scared, death has always been something that scares people. This gives people real choice to shorten their dying process and 'do death' thier way. I welcome that.
