Cont. . Felt nauseous after eating. Home for nap and rest in the sun. Woke feeling good. Went to watch soccer game in a chair. Home and feeling good. Mood good and feeling optimistic. A hint of restless leg syndrome tonight (usually signifies a crash) but nowhere near crash level
