Kevin Falcon is trying to create loopholes for real estate investors. We won’t let him. While the BCU party is fighting for investors, our priority is helping people find a place to live. And we make no apology for that.

A year ago Kevin Falcon said he had just been too busy to worry about fundraising, but that would change! Then he raised the same in Q3 this year as he did last year. Which are both less than Andrew Wilkinson raised in Q3 2019. This didn't age well:

Today, Kevin Falcon proved that he'll pander to climate deniers like John Rustad no matter what it costs people. CleanBC is reducing emissions and creating jobs. Ripping it up would set us back and hurt our economy. The costs of climate change are too high not to act.

Another day, another opposition leader abandoning climate action. I don't know which is worse - John Rustad's climate denial or Kevin Falcon scrapping the climate plan in a desperate attempt to appeal to Rustad's supporters. But British Columbians can’t afford either one.

One of Kevin Falcon's most frequent lies is that housing became expensive under the NDP... but the cost of a single family home rose $600,000 in two years under the BC Liberals. That's how we got here in the first place. #bcpoli

Interesting fact: this pilot project was created under the BCUP, and criteria had to be subsequently revised because of these loopholes that allowed speculators to take advantage. BC Housing now has to sue those speculators because the BCUP botched the project. #bcpoli

NEW - Environment Minister George Heyman, who is Jewish and the child of Holocaust refugees, said “it’s simply not my experience” that there is antisemitism within the NDP caucus as alleged by Selina Robinson. He took issue w BC United saying the NDP lost its only Jewish voice.

She'll fit in with the transphobia in that party. She recently moderated an event calling trans people "perverts." One panelist said "I think we need to reject the language of trans children, of trans kids, of trans women, of trans men. It's not a real thing." Deplorable.
