went offline for a week in South West Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 swam/walked/wandered/played in the sand/excavated rock pools/hung out near Neolithic monuments and pagan stone circles/ate lots of ice cream, etc. Salt water (and salt air!) was a balm, as always
