Your voice is powerful. There are lots of ways you can take action right now to help make cancer care better. This #WorldCancerDay, we're asking people across the country to join us in calling on governments to help cancer care get better.

Yesterday, CEO Andrea Seale sent an open letter to Justin Trudeau and premiers to ensure that cancer care is a priority ahead of their meeting in Ottawa today. If we want to save and improve lives, the time to act is now.

Hey #GreaterSudbury #taxpayers, it looks like we're facing a #tax increase of at least 4.6 per cent in 2023... #Budget2023 talks are still underway, so nothing is confirmed yet. When they started the process, they were looking at a 3.7 per cent spike. #SudPoli

As expected my outing last night after dark led me right to the lighthouse to grab this shot of the full moon lighting up the entrance to our harbour. Totally unplanned, the light from the lighthouse lit up the flag to ad some drama to the picture. It was worth coming out for.

She’s simply the best. Better than all the rest… So very, very sad to hear the news of #TinaTurner today. I loved her music, spirit, energy and passion. RIP

This week tourists and media alike are here celebrating the 50th anniversary of Gros Morne National Park. It is hard to believe that it has been over 50 years that then Prime Minister Jean Creitien signed legislation to create this Park. At 89 he is here visiting also!
