So today the kids designed their family. They created the McSmall family from the Victorian era. They decided to look up what clothing they might have worn online after giving them jobs....Lots of laughter at the position of the hole in Mr McSmall’s trousers 🤦‍♀️

It’s Emily’s 12th birthday next week and I’ve been so worried I’m not going to be able to make it any different from any of the other days recently. This made me actually weep. 😭

Met some of my brand new P3/2 class today. What a pleasure. We spent some (planned) time talking about Covid-19 and then some (unplanned) time talking about the lightning and flooding. Very exciting. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the class on Friday.
