#InsomniaLab project is inspired by “Barbara’s Eyes”, a short story by Mehrdad Seyf: a tale of one year of insomnia in London and Paris in 1984, interrupted by visits to repertory cinemas, French songs and falling in love with the wrong girl.

What is insomnia? A sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. You may still feel tired when you wake up.

#InsomniaLab is an inclusive project. We welcome those who identify themselves with being Black, South Asian, East Asian, West Asian, disabled, LGBTQIA+, White, Insomniac and those who don’t identify themselves with any of these categories.
