Kindergarten classrooms should not have 29 kids. When I worked with kindergarten-aged children in daycare we had a 1:8 ratio. Maximum class size of 16 with two adults. Kids’ needs were met and they were not constantly overwhelmed and overstimulated. Class size matters.
