Hey everyone! I just wrote a paper about opacity in healthcare, forthcoming in the Washington University Law Review (Wᴀsʜ. U. L. Rᴇᴠ.). This topic is especially interesting b/c antitrust lawsuits are increasingly raising the issue of opaque pricing. Let me know if you'd like a copy!
