1/2 As a result of Judith Hackitt treating high rise buildings as chemical plants & oil rigs, each high rise building will have to appoint an unregulated Building Safety Manager, thanks to Health and Safety Executive. As per govt own estimates, cost to EACH building: £60,000 per annum on average.

2/2 We leaseholders will be forced to pay this extra charge. The people who are dreaming up the requirements for the Building Safety Manager are managing agents, freeholders & developers. Michael Gove Stephen Greenhalgh - You better think of something else as we will NOT pay.
