The interview bias in the NHS has to be called out. We need to support all marginalised communities & those with protected characterises to enable an equal playing field. Otherwise we will NEVER have diversity in the most senior roles. We all need to call this out when we see it

When telling someone with a guide dog they need to sanitise their hands “over there” and take their temperature with the gun “over there” please remind yourself chances are,if we have a guide dog it’s because we can’t see well and maybe add some description to your instructions
