It’s no secret how much I love working at Newcastle Hospitals , but today I loved it just a little more than usual! Today’s hopper driver was an amazing young man who I am immensely proud of! Keep being you Alfie my son. I could burst with pride!!
What a great session. Raising awareness of sensory differences and showcasing some of the fabulous environmental changes in Great North Children’s Hospital creating a much more sensory safe acute hospital environment and a sensory curious workforce.

I honestly thought my transplanted kidney was failing this week. Bloods taken at my GPs last week gave me a rather big shock I’m so so grateful to everyone who is involved in my care. On WorldKidney Day I salute every one of you. (Thankfully it was just a blip! ) #WorldKidneyDay
