Is progressive resistance exercise more effective than neuromuscular exercise in improving pain, function and quality of life in patients with hip #osteoarthritis ?
The short answer is NO.

Neuromuscular exercise with and without strength training seems to reduce intermuscular fat by 21-25% and increase quadriceps muscle cross-sectional area and muscle strength in people with knee osteoarthritis. Great work led by Pætur Mikal Holm
