On BBC Breakfast 0840: demands sent by DWP to relatives of recently deceased to repay pensions that DWP failed to stop quickly. One granddaughter was told she should pay £625 for grandma who had died with nothing. DWP admits to BBC Money Box it has no legal right to recover the money

WASPI International James O'Brien DWP sent me a letter July 2013 with new SPA Aug 2022 instead of August 2016. Just 3 years notice, no time to plan, they now give min 10 yrs. I live in Portugal, with Brexit uncertainty & falling pound, no reciprocal free healthcare, can't use NHS, no benefits, etc. Please help us
