Did the home secretary provoke far-right protests in London? The Mayor of London, Scotland’s first minister and senior Conservatives are among those blaming Suella Braverman, after police clashed with far-right crowds leading to dozens of arrests. Paraic O'Brien reports.
This morally reprehensible Home Secretary does not speak for me or I believe the majority in this country. We are so much better, so much kinder, more tolerant & compassionate than the unimaginably awful future she represents. Her actions this week are indefensible. No politician
Calls for Sunak to sack Braverman are Sunday’s The Mirror splash after Far Right thugs she incited clashed with police near the Cenotaph while Palestinian supporters were on a march she wanted banned in another part of London.
