Coached a couple of great #swimmers mainly working on streamlining and body position here on #Cayman

So after a couple false starts on here I plan to log my #Caribbean adventures and #coaching ideas as well as a blog on darrenmew.com

Paperwork all morning,#Beachvolleyball all afternoon followed by beers on the beach watching the sun set. Life is good in the #Caymanislands

Nice swim session this morning working on head position on breakout and stroke on breaststroke. Now its beach time!! #Cayman

4 hours #beachvolleyball, 15k bike ride then setting off like Usain Bolt on a 5k Charity run and blowing up #Goingtobesore!!

The food just keeps coming and the empty plates keep getting sent back!!

So in my open water class yesterday we saw a turtle, barracuda, spotted stingray, rainbow fish, French angel fish and lots more. Happy days!

Had to cancel Monday's #seaswim session due to rough waters but today looks like another perfect day in #Cayman. Love #swimming in the ocean

Completed my first #openwater Swim in #Cayman on Saturday, 10.50 for 800 isn't bad for a retired breaststroke sprinter!! #flowers mile next!
