IMO OA is too volatile to afford doing test buys. Need to take advantage of website deals, restocks, elevated Amazon prices, times of low competition, etc. Learn to read Keepa, set a target days in inventory, and buy that amount Surely some items will flop but it’s part of

For those in this full-time, what time do you start working? I’m usually at gym by 7:30am and at the warehouse by 9, but started early today and it feels like so much more gets done before the day even starts Curious about others routines 👇

One of the big headlines yesterday was Thrasio (Amazon aggregator) hiring restructuring Advisers. Thrasio is likely going through a similar process I went through in 2014, just at a much larger scale. I had heavy debt and needed more assets to pay it down. Bankruptcy? 👇

Leave it to Amazon to assign shipments to their new Canadian FC and then reject deliveries because the building isn’t finished 🤦‍♂️

This 100% sounds like something that would happen inside Amazon. Comments say the largest seller he dealt with was $250m / month with printer ink. Not many platforms can drive that much revenue. Makes sense why sellers would get the run around from seller support on appeals.

I firmly believe most resellers especially on Amazon don’t have a profit problem, they have a leakage problem. You can source all day at 50% ROI and run negative / never take profit because the money you’re making per sale isn’t enough to cover everywhere else you’re losing
