Last night's Dream of Gerontius by The Bach Choir with David Hill was a resounding fever dream of beauty and brilliance. Heartbreaking rendition by Daniel Norman as a fractured Gerontius and a gloriously uplifted Soul, and Jennifer Johnston took the roof off as the Angel.
