Sad to see World Health Organization (WHO) still putting out the debunked confidence myth of a prior era. In reality, most women report insufficient milk as a reason for adding or switching to formula. Telling them that their biological limits are in their heads is gaslighting & hurts institutional cred.

The only thing breastfeeding advocacy has managed to normalise is women feeling ashamed if they can’t do it
