“2 butterflies hatched and they are both orange.”

This half term we’re writing instructions on ‘How to kill a Cyclops’. Today, we practised what instructions we’d need to be successful!

Then we headed to the park to celebrate finishing our SATs! We even got our teachers trying some gymnastic moves out!!

The butterflies didn't want to leave their home and needed a helping hand...

Then we headed to the playground for some gross motor fun!! 🛝

In Maths today we tested which nets make cubes! We’ve got a secret project coming your way 🤐😁

In Science, we enjoyed testing resources to find out how sounds are made. We enjoyed testing the string telephones the most!

We found a honey bee swarm in the playground this morning. Luckily we knew a beekeeper! Ingrid helped Helena to collect the swarm and put them in a spare hive. Green Room Yellow Room Red & Blue Nursery Red Class

The honey bees were very gentle. The children were surprised to see the bees resting on ingrid and Helena’s hats and arms. Helens had a smoker to calm the bees. Green Room Yellow Room Red & Blue Nursery Red Class
