Congrats to UMass Hockey and Greg Carvel on the number 1 ranking in the country. It is a marathon though not a sprint. Bring it everyday boys like it is your last day because you never know when this great game is over.

Best of luck UMass Hockey and Greg Carvel tonight against Merrimack with an opportunity to win the regular season hockey east title. An accomplishment no other Minuteman team has done before. #NewMass

#Patriots owner Robert Kraft didn’t just help purchase and deliver 1.4 million masks from China for Massachusetts. He also bought 300,000 masks with his own money for New York that will be delivered to the Javits Center tomorrow. He has strong ties to NY, as a Columbia University graduate.

3 Things to Do Today: 1. Don't get caught in the comparison trap. Comparison is the thief of joy. 2. Focus on what you can control (your actions, effort, and attitude) and let go of the rest. 3. Be “The Seed” and make a difference where you are.

A touching answer from UMass Coach Greg Carvel when asked after UMass Hockey won the #NationalChampionship what he thought about when he hoisted the trophy. He mentioned Maine Coach Red Gendron and Coach Carvel’s father-in-law, who both passed away recently. WBZ | CBS News Boston
