The CORE 4 partners (Jackson County, MO; Johnson County, KS; Kansas City, MO; and the Unified Government of Wyandotte County) have agreed to implement new measures to close restaurants, bars, taverns, clubs, and movie theatres in their jurisdictions from March 17 to April 1
