This is one of the rare occasions when Rob Smith is right. A mild correction: the news that’s shared within Black media is not “dem propaganda.” It’s just true things. But Mr. Smith is correct that there’s no way in hell that Trump will gain more Black votes in 2024.

If Rob Smith hadn’t twisted himself into an anti-ideological pretzel, via absurd support for Trump, ear-tickling the conspiracy theorists without going full-bore cray, he could have become influential & relevant enough to be a respected voice that calls out GOP homophobes.

A helpful lesson for anyone who cares. Rob Smith is a narcissist who needs attention above all else; he’s not interested in understanding the politics he whines about. Couldn’t articulate a clear policy position if he tried. All in all, he’s about as dumb as he is attractive.
