📢 This historic former police station in Birmingham imminently faces demolition. The irreplaceable building is deemed 'inconvenient' - standing in the way of a road-widening scheme. Birmingham's rich heritage must be protected for future generations. bit.ly/2ZDRjlz

The Great Palace at Kilwa Kisiwani & Songo Mnara is known in Kiswahili as Husuni Kubwa. It has been described as an eminent art-historian, as the earliest surviving major building on the coast of East Africa, south of Somalia, and, by far, the largest and most sophisticated.
