Like for sure, if I ate meat & dairy I'd be 280 pounds at 6% body fat & bicep curling the 100's for reps....... guess I'll just settle for being a small & frail protein deficient vegan 💀. . . these comments tho lol 😆🌱💪

Going on over 10 years and I can tell you in the process I have gained strength, dropped body fat & built significant amounts of muscle mass. I say this to make the point that a vegan diet can provide you with all of the protein, amino acids and nutrients you need!🌱💪
