If Boris Johnson is concerned about the nations health, he could start by providing suitable houses so people have facilities to cook, increase minimum wage so people aren’t trapped in poverty wages, reverse cuts to universal credit, & remove the need for reliance on food banks.

Unless you want to eat plain boiled potatoes, then whatever you want to make sure with that kilo of spuds is going to cost more (not to mention time and cooking equipment). I doubt someone who grew up in manor houses, with a governess, has had much experience of food poverty.
