Price suggests the AG used his status to evade traffic citations. The AG was pulled over at least 8 times between his first day in office + the fatal crash. He identified himself as the AG verbally or via a badge 5 of those times. Police did not cite him in any of those 5 stops.

I want to thank my fellow legislators for another tough but productive session. We are at our best when we put partisanship aside and work for the benefit of all South Dakotans. As your Governor, that’s how we’ll get things done: together. #SmithforGov

Just another example of Kristi Noem playing politics with state resources and catering to out-of-state interests instead of delivering for South Dakotans. bit.ly/3t0mHZI bit.ly/3t0mHZI

From 2009 to 2018, 31,883 people were arrested for marijuana in SD. 63% of all marijuana arrests from 2007 to 2016 were for people younger than 25. This can bar you from adoption, housing, and professional licenses. The damage of a conviction is real, and it hurts young people.

Many people in my district are struggling to find affordable rent. The Governor should could come take a walk with me through District 15 and see how this assistance can still make a difference.

Since 2004, a bipartisan coalition has been advocating for the reduction or elimination of the sales tax on food and food ingredients—like those paid on baby food, infant formula, SD beef, milk, and bread. Can we finally take ONE PERCENTAGE POINT off the food tax next session?

Speaking at an NRA conference in Texas just days after a mass shooting that saw 19 children senselessly slaughtered is the kind of tone deaf and divisive leadership that has defined Gov. Noem. SD deserves a leader who cares more about people than climbing the political ladder.
