In 2005 The ECHR ruled that the blanket ban on prisoners voting was unlawful but, the U.K. political establishment stuck with that blanket ban. So, isn’t it strange how that same establishment can ignore the ECHR on prisoner voting but, bow down to The ECHR on illegal migrants?
