Give this to a youth athlete 2-3x per week for a year 1. Skips, hops, open field agility w/ partner 2. Longer sprints (30-40 yards) 3. Resisted 10 yard sprints 4. Unloaded, max-effort sprinting 5. Multi-planar jumps & landings 6. Full body strength Watch them flourish
