STOP THE MADNESS. Fraser health keeps updating forms for ordering outpatient services at hospitals. In the last 2 weeks, my patients have had significant delays in getting timely treatment because apparently I was using an outdated form. When do we let forms dictate care?

Thank you for your leadership & the solutions brought forward. It's a small first step to addressing the significant challenges that family doctors face. A lot still needs to change to ensure we attract and retain the best family doctors to deliver care to British Columbians.

Not acceptable! For an office visit on August 4th, I was paid for this on August 31st, 27 days later. Many of my office visit invoices sent to MSP have been "HELD" as well. 20% of my invoices have not been paid. Just like fee for service, time to modernize how doctors get paid.

It’s not a team, admin just books, does not help with care, flow, nurses not used efficiently. Ridiculously inefficient and low volume.
