Perhaps Labour Cllrs of NCC should have checked the motion we presented in Jan 21 ,we urged for the sale/use of quieter fireworks to be used across the city, 53 for & 1 abstention the motion was carried through yet Cllr Williams shouted up we called for them to be banned in FC 🙈
