In my Open Café chat with Christian McDonald yesterday, as part of USC Center for Health Journalism, I was reminded that failure is a CRUCIAL part of data work. We tend to avoid and fear failure, but it's a beautiful thing to be so clearly reminded of its importance in the learning process.
