Lily-Mai made it onto the news! Thankyou Joe Wicks for visiting her school all the children had a fantastic time. I think it’s amazing what you have done this week! We are going to do a workout together this morning!

We did it 🎉 We completed the UK schools HIIT tour in Poole at Springdale First School with 700 kids. We drove from Edinburgh to Dorset in 5 days visiting 17 schools and exercising with just over 11’000 kids 🙌🏻

RIP Caroline so sad my thoughts are with your family and friends at this difficult time xx
